The library
Sealed in your browser — private to your shop.
No guidelines yet. Add the first one — the PDF is read right here, sealed page by page, and stored in this browser only.
- Each guide gets a reading receipt: every page reached, its text committed to a hash, one root over the file. A page with no text layer is flagged, never silently passed.
- Check a fresh download against the seal any time — a re-issued guide has its changed pages named by number.
- Nothing is uploaded, ever. The library lives in this browser profile; remove a guide and it is gone.
Ask your guidelines
The answer is a passage, a page number, and a hash — or an honest “not stated.”
Retrieval with provenance, never interpretation: the tool finds what a page states and cites it. It does not summarize, underwrite, or answer beyond the text — and “your guidelines don’t state it” is a real answer, said plainly. Not legal or lending advice.
Built for the question every broker asks mid-file: “which of my lenders allows this, and where does it say so?” The answer that survives an underwriter is a page number in the lender’s own guide — and the guide that answer came from is sealed, so when the lender quietly re-issues it, you see exactly which pages moved.
