## What it does today

- **Deal intake.** Ingest listings from BizBuySell URLs and
  broker-provided CSVs. Auto-scrape on a daily schedule. Normalize
  asking price, NOI, revenue, industry, and geography. Flag
  duplicates against the user's existing pipeline automatically.
- **Investor matching.** Score each listing against every loaded
  investor profile across industry fit, size band, geography, and
  deal type. Produce a ranked shortlist; reject the noise; export
  a clean match list.
- **Outreach pipeline.** Generate teaser emails from the user's
  templates. Track sends, opens, replies, meetings, and closes.
  Funnel view shows where deals stall. No CRM copy-paste.
- **Knox-anchored audit trail.** Every listing ingest, investor
  match, outreach send, and compliance event is SHA-256 hashed,
  hash-chained, and anchored to Bitcoin through OpenTimestamps.
  The chain is self-verifying. Tampering with one entry breaks
  the chain.

- **Defensive-only audit layer.** Knox is the evidence layer. It
  records what occurred. It does not score investors or sellers,
  predict deal outcomes, or substitute for due diligence.
- **Truth Protocol.** Every public claim is evidence-backed. No
  named-customer disclosure on any public surface. No customer-
  count framing.
- **Self-verifying.** Verification does not require trusting Bonis
  Systems and does not require DealMatcher to remain online a
  decade from now.
